Damaged or Incorrect Product

You may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • Your organic serums, non-comedogenic face wash, or sulphate-free cleanser arrives damaged.
  • You receive the wrong combination skin product or men’s skincare item.

Delivery Delays

As a trusted name in natural skincare, we aim to deliver within 2–5 working days. However, unforeseen courier delays may occur. Refunds will only be issued if your products remain undelivered after 15 working days.

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
